Beginning with the Study Guide author's personal message to students, the outlining of the 'guided review' sections provides students with a new degree of insight into their own learning practices. By the end of the semester, students should not only have a firm grasp of material, but also the process by which they reached that point of understanding. The Student Study Guide's features include chapter highlights, key terms and concepts, comprehensive guided progress tests with multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blank, matching, short answer, and essay questions, and a fun study activity for each chapter. Each chapter also contains two 'exit tests' drawing on the main topics of the 'guided review' sections, enabling students to self-assess once all review activities have been completed. The Student Study Guide was expertly prepared by Cynthia K. Shinabarger Reed of Tarrant County College. Highly recommend this. This book provided real life breakdowns of scenarios within social psychology that makes it understandable to me (who has no previous background). I enjoyed many of the topics discussed and have even been able to apply a lot of the cases stated in the book to my real life situations.

I consider this book beneficial for everyone who is involved in some type of social setting, whether work or personally related. The layout is good and easy to read. It is already proving useful in research projects. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone interested in psychology or just starting the subject at college.I obtain the older edition for a very cheap price and there was little difference between this and the lastest edition. The school was charging over 200 for this book.I usually sell my books after the class is over. But I loved this one so much I'm keeping it!The only drawback were a few errors, which is why it was probably on Amazon and not in the bookstore. It made the subject interesting and provided a lot of examples for concepts. Clearly written and easy to understand without being written for grade schoolers. The 13-digit and 10-digit formats both work. Please try again. Please try again. Please try again.
