I consider this book beneficial for everyone who is involved in some type of social setting, whether work or personally related.The layout is good and easy to read. It is already proving useful in research projects. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone interested in psychology or just starting the subject at college.I obtain the older edition for a very cheap price and there was little difference between this and the lastest edition. The school was charging over 200 for this book.I usually sell my books after the class is over. But I loved this one so much I'm keeping it!The only drawback were a few errors, which is why it was probably on Amazon and not in the bookstore.It made the subject interesting and provided a lot of examples for concepts.
